Describe the symptom
Tell us what lost power, what trips, when it happens and what changed before it started.

Electrical service calls
When the symptom is unclear, replacing random parts is not a plan. Electrical Standard traces the fault, explains what was found and confirms the repair path before work moves ahead.
Common needs
Electrical faults can be intermittent, load-related or hidden behind finished surfaces. A service call starts with the symptom and works back to the cause.
What is included
The goal is a defensible diagnosis—not a sales script disguised as troubleshooting.
How it works
Tell us what lost power, what trips, when it happens and what changed before it started.
Testing narrows the fault instead of guessing at parts or opening finished areas without a reason.
Approved repairs are completed, tested and explained before the service call is closed.
Service questions
A breaker may trip because of an overload, short circuit, ground fault, failing connected equipment or a problem in the circuit. Repeatedly resetting it without finding the cause can hide a real hazard. Leave it off if it trips again and arrange troubleshooting.
Often, yes, but intermittent faults can take longer to reproduce. Photos, videos, timing patterns and a list of equipment operating when the symptom occurs can make the first visit much more productive.
Send the address or nearest intersection, a plain-language description, photos of the panel and affected equipment, and any breaker labels or error codes. Never remove a panel cover just to take a photo.
