Electrical Standard is operated by 1001446019 Ontario Inc. This page explains what happens to information shared through this website’s service request form.

Information you share

The form asks for your name, phone number or email, city or area, any neighbourhood or intersection details you choose to share, service type and description of the job. It also records the page where you made the request and the submission time. Please do not include payment card details, access codes or sensitive personal information.

How it is used

Your details are saved in a private business enquiry inbox so Electrical Standard can respond, discuss the work and arrange the next step. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or confirm an appointment.

Hosting and spam protection

The website and enquiry storage are hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. The form uses protected identifiers derived from contact and connection information to limit repeated submissions; it does not save your raw IP address in the enquiry record.

Enquiry email forwarding

After your enquiry is saved, your browser submits a copy of the enquiry details to FormSubmit so it can forward the request to our Outlook email address. FormSubmit processes these details to provide email forwarding and retains submission archives for 30 days. Microsoft processes the email in our Outlook mailbox. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy terms. We keep the private website copy if forwarding is interrupted or unavailable.

Calls, texts and email

Contact links open your phone, messaging or email app. Your chosen provider handles messages sent through those apps. Google review links open Google, which applies its own privacy terms.
